Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Standard Shipping is always free for order over $100.

*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Additional charges apply for expedited or overnight deliveries.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

truverte.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, if applicable.

Damages

If your product was damaged during shipping, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods so you can send it back to us so we can send you replacement product(s).

Return

We are thankful that you are a customer and want to help ensure that you are entirely satisfied with your purchase. If you have a concern, we’re here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is unopened and undamaged
  • Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from truverte.com.

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Any Sales items can not be refunded.
